If I could have given pet heaven more stars I would have. My boyfriend and I had our cat Leo pass away unexpectedly on September 14. The woman that I had talked to on the phone was very compassionate and kind. The prices were reasonable. She made sure that Leo was picked up promptly. The woman that picked up our cat is Jamie. She was also kind and compassionate. She was patient and didn't try to rush us when we were saying our goodbyes to Leo She assured us that he would be well taken care of and treated like he was one of their own. I would like highly recommend Pet Heaven to anyone that has just lost a pet. Thank you pet heaven for being there for Leo and us during our time of need.

They were kind and patient as I was grieving the death of my beloved pet Libra the cat. I had to call several times trying to get stuff sorted out. Libra was the most wonderful friend A person could have. I'll always love her.
My family lost our beautiful English lab named Cooper on Saturday. We made the heart breaking decision to say goodbye to him after he could no longer get up on his own and was suffering from arthritis and cushings disease. Cooper was 12 years old and a member of our small family and was such a gentle soul. We used Pet Heaven Crematorium because we wanted to best for him. The owner Jaime, is the most amazing soul and we will be forever grateful to her for helping to guide us through this heartbreaking situation. This company is so incredibly compassionate and understanding. We never felt rushed or hurried in any way to make a decision until we were comfortable in doing so. You can tell this company truly cares about you and your pet. I never personally write reviews, but based on our experience, how Cooper was taken care and we were taken care of, I just couldn’t let this experience happen without thanking this company and Jamie on behalf of my family. Jamie went well above and beyond by returning Cooper to us on her way home that evening so he could come home within a few hours of leaving him. They have beautiful items to honour your pet as well and we never once felt a single ounce of pressure to purchase anything or make a decision about anything. In the end, we have beautiful urns and mementos to remember Cooper by and will never be able to thank Jamie enough for bringing him home to us on Saturday. This is truly an amazing company with equally amazing people who will take care of you in your time of need and grief.
We had to say goodbye to our beloved boxer Rocco who was with our family for over 15 years. The service that we received from Janine, Jamie, Linda and Katie was amazing. They really take care of you in your time of need. Absolutely recommend their business when faced with the loss of our family fur members. As the owner of A laptop Shoppe , my daughter and I had a delightful experience here. With same-day service we were listened to by caring and understanding people. In a time of grief where are pet died this makes the situation easier to bear.
Parting with your pet is so difficult. Although, my vet transported my dog to the crematorium for me, Pet Heaven's follow up with me afterwards showed compassion and professionalism which gave me comfort that they handled my dogs remains with decency and dignity. Thank you for this service.
Beautiful people and environment. My dog I've owned since I was a two year old baby passed away and they were very comforting. They showed us all of our options with no pressure to buy anything and let us sit with our girl for as long as we needed to to say goodbye. The bag with her ashes, fur clipping, and paw print was beautifully put together. They put a lot of care into their work and even gave us a hand written card. The animals who are working there brought me a lot of joy when I had to say goodbye to my girl. The black cat (who's name I forgot) jumped into my lap and rubbed their head on Mimi's box when I was saying my final goodbye to her body. This was our first time losing a dog and I am so happy we decided to trust Pet Heaven. The people there care about their jobs dearly and have very kind hearts.
My family took our cat there. They were all warm, kind, and patient. We were originally going to use our Vet's services, but Pet Heaven was less costly, and provided a more intimate experience. I am so happy our last moments with our little guy were there, we got to say a proper goodbye. Thank you so much to the team there.
