I was having connection issues between an amp of mine and headphones I bought from here, and they had me bring the amp in so they could take a look at everything. About an hour later of trying everything imaginable, Bryce, MacGyvered a setup that now works and maybe even sounds better than before! Bryce and other staff members went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchases and I will 10/10 recommend them. Fantastic customer service.
