Minimal selection at the penticton store. Basic items are hard to find. Best option is to go to Kelowna or order online.

Jeff at the service centre was fantastic, took my skis in last minute in the afternoon to remount the bindings on a quick timeline so that I could use them the next day.

Good selection and friendly staff. Not much at all in bigger sizes though. Mostly medium and large.

Other being closely followed by two different staff members. I did end up get two great backpack s. Not bad " for a potential thief in action. As I paid 150. 00 approximately. And Never stole a thing!!!

Really happy with how quick and inexpensive their bike shop is! I was surprised to see they even have one and both times I've randomly brought by a bike they've been able to have it done within a few days.

For COVID-19 Curbside Pick Up: Five stars. I had a great experience with an easy and fast transaction. As for regular business... I tried to buy shoes and found the selection to be disappointing. I also don't like that I HAVE TO use a sales rep to try on shoes because they only keep display ones out. Disappointed that they don't sell inline skating protective equipment for adults anymore.

The past 3 nights I came by at 6:45 because it said they close at 7 and everytime I can’t enter the store. Probably something to do with the younger staff wanting to go home earlier but this is really annoying.
