I was suffering terrible pain when I first went to Resolve Physiotherapy and with the help of both Josh and Shawna I am in a much better place than I thought possible. They are both caring, compassionate and truly care about my wellbeing and of my recovery. They are both very knowledgable in all the new techniques that helped in my recovery, with their treatments and giving me at home exercises to do. Thank you both! You gave me hope when I thought all was lost.
I had a really positive experience working with Josh and his team at Resolve. His in person assessment was incredibly thorough and he even requested some video of my movements in the gym to dial in his assessment. He communicated every issue or concern he had well, and it was very clear what I needed to work on and how I would do that with the proper exercises. As someone with an athletic background and being somewhat addicted to my workouts, it was great to hear that with a few modifications I could continue to be active. I really appreciated his ability to perform manual therapy and IMS. I know every situation will be different, but I can confidently say he helped reduce my pain during my first visit. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgable and up to date physiotherapist.
Been coming here for about 5 years and I still haven’t left unsatisfied. Josh is an amazing physiotherapist who is very knowledgeable in his area of work. Easily the most reliable physio place in town and would recommend to anyone.
