We recently purchased a beautiful former showhome from the Jandel Homes lot in Penticton and so far have been very satisfied with the customer service and support. We're looking forward to moving in soon! :) The construction quality and energy efficiency seems much better than most frame houses that I've been in. The crew did a fantastic job putting the modular together and keeping it dry while dealing with horrendous rainstorms and mud. Very impressed by their meticulous interior finishing work.
When we first heard of Jandel Homes in Penticton I decided to call to inquire. We had been to a few other different modular companies through time and did not get those “good feelings as you walk in/out of the door” from any of them. We were in the - “We’re just looking, but not sure of the decision to go modular yet” stage. Tim Johnston was very busy but happy to schedule a meeting to show us some show homes. Once we took the (no pressure) tour with Tim we were intrigued. His extensive knowledge and background about the company as well as his professional customer service led us to another meeting and then another... We are now in the final stages and ready soon for the delivery of our new Jandel Home! We are in the process of constructing a basement and getting the Jandel Home craned on top of it once the basement is complete. Anything IS possible.... and when we first walked through the Jandel door with a “Do you think this could be done?” question to Tim..... he followed through. And now, soon our dream home will come true! Thank you Jandel Homes and Tim for making this happen. I gave only a 4star rating because the full Jandel Home experience is not quite complete.
