Such a fantastic, supportive, patient place to work out and improve. Ross and Jodi (owners) have this inane ability to demonstrate and instruct, making everything look not only realistic, but achievable. All the coaches take the time to instruct everyone in the class. You're never left on your own to try to figure something out. There's always a coach ready to take the time to show you new movements or little tweaks to improve form. Literally the best gym I've worked out at. And great covid protocols.

My first experience of CrossFit and my first ever positive gym experience happened at CrossFit Penticton. Professional and well educated on fitness and safe body mechanics. Always attentive and always welcoming. A great place that will definitely give you the results you work for!
This place rocks! Jodi and Ross are a committed husband and wife team that are living their passion. This is no mass production gym! Safety, form, consistent effort, and knowledge of each movement pushing you to your limits is the theme here! Oh and support, support, support! You just can't not feel good about your workout when you leave this place, exhausted, soaking in sweat and smiling your face off :)
