Wonderful gentleman driver who was super accommodating to my request but I was very disappointed that there were no COVID protocols put in place. Driver did not wear a mask ( it was hanging in mirror) and no plexi glass up ( and he was coughing). He seemed pretty busy so I'm sure there was no cleaning in between passengers. Note: cash only! I think company should consider pandemic protocols but otherwise good company!

No debit machines, no glass between the front and back seat. They obviously didn't get the memo there's a pandemic going on. You're better off walking then using this cab service.
Worst cab company I have ever used. Zero reliability. Call for HOURS after 6pm, no one answers. Literally NO one picks up the phone. Call and ask to be picked up at a specific address at a specific time--they don't show up. Even worse--their in-town competitor is no better.
Called a cab on Jan 27th 2019 to come get me in Peek-a-boo trail. And they said they weren’t coming this way. Like really WTF!!
