Don't know where the disconnect is with being in the bike shop, and actually tightening the bolts and screws on a bike are. Wife and I bought bikes online and brought them in for assembly. Bike shop called saying they were ready for pickup. Once we drove home it became apparent that this bike shop did a half job of actually assembling the bikes. My wife's handlebars moved independently from the tire, where the handlebars were so loose I could move them with no effort. And on my bike, the seat just collapsed after I sat on it, and the seat was tilted straight up. As if the bolts weren't even looked at and tightened. I'm not even going to go through the effort of bringing them back for them to fix it, because can I even trust them to fix it? Apparently not.

The Sport Chek store was clean and organized with enough staff to help if needed and the checkout process was quick It also has an Atmosphere attached for any outdoor gear needs, although the equipment section is a little light on products.
I like this place. If you are fitness conscious and love shopping this is your favorite place.
