The customer service from this place is second to none. Not only did they tow my car from the side of the highway in a quick fashion, but they also had someone come in way after hours so I could collect my stuff as I lived out of town. A, would crash and call them again without a second though. Haha not really but you get the point.
I'm so grateful to these guys. They went above and beyond to get us on our way again after our accident while heading home to Newfoundland. Amazing people.

Had an excellent experience with Jason, who responded quickly and professionally to save my day after I threw a rod. We got the truck back to Pembroke safe and sound. A week later I showed up with a stepdeck to pick up my truck again and Jason once again was my driver. Jason was able to back the stricken kenworth onto the deck, no problem, then lent a hand trying to shorten up the truck; even gave me a lesson in proper chain load securement. The whole while Mike, the owner, stayed in contact with me and answered my questions and concerns. He even managed to arrange a friend to guide me around a low bridge.
