Terrible!!!...no one EVER answers the phone, they could care less...its literally run by children. Its an over priced babysitter. I would Never send my children back there. My daughter left still not knowing how to ride a bike, they pretty much left her to do what she wanted. Also make sure not to leave ANY of your childrens belongings behind or you will never see them again. A counselor put my childrens belongings in his back pack. I called and emailed for a MONTH straight only to be lied to and brushed off. (All of my childrens belongings had their names CLEARLY labeled) A month later my childrens belongings were returned completely damaged and I was told they might have been chewed by animals as they were left outside over night!!!! I wish I was joking but this is Exactly what I was told.
