Dan and staff treated us exceptionally during our basement reno. They installed 2100 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank flooring expertly, on time and on budget. Work was completed at my apartment this past Friday. The contractor never cleaned up after his work. While I was able to clean up most of the scraps left behind, there was a small razor blade, two rusty nails, 5-6 clean nails hidden in the carpet (see photo below of some of the "treasures" I found). I got a gash on my toe from one of them, which is what made me look closer and I found a lot more. The issue of leaving my place messy is annoying, but when it's a safety issue, I find that deeply troubling. The property management company called this company after I complained, and I was told on Monday they would come and clean up and they never did. If you have flooring needs, I would suggest working with a company that values: safety, completing their work and cleaning up after they are done. Anyone who leaves sharp objects behind where they are out of view and can easily be stepped on...that is just disturbing I am renting so the landlord is paying for it, but again, we all deserve to feel safe in our homes. If it was me, no way I would pay these people until the work is complete. I just wanted to share my experiences so hopefully the owner can address the sloppy and dangerous work these people do.

Scott and Dan are absolutely amazing. We went through hell and back on our insurance claim and they were a very big light at the end of the tunnel that made everything very tolerable! Things come up.. always.. the true test is how a company deals with it.. and they dealt with it with flying colours. Thanks for everything!
