Jay arrived right on time to clean our chair - it looks like new. He was finished ahead of schedule and managed to get the stain out. Very courteous and efficient service. I am very happy with the cleaning of my rugs in the suite this past Saturday by Frank. The only thing was that I almost slipped onto my back going into my washroom (and kitchen area) later. The floor had film on it or something and I'm wondering if something was spilt or was it the spray onto my carpets. I would have appreciated a heads up that they might be slippery. Valerie
Jason was fantastic, showed up right on time, did a thorough job and explained the whole process. Would highly recommend services for an carpet cleaning having had area rugs cleaned at their shop as well. Stacey and Len were great when they came for the initial quote as well, left no question as to what and how everything would proceed.
