We had a fantastic experience with Pete! I'd organized the pasta making as a virtual event for our work team. It went over well, we drank wine, hand made pasta and sauce and had some good laughs. Pete kept us entertained with stories of travel and tips on best methods for authentic Italian cuisine. 10/10 would recommend Pete for a virtual and fun event.

Peter teaches with so much passion and heart. Not only do you learn how to make THE MOST DELICIOUS PASTA YOU'VE EVER TASTED - Peter also transports you through his stories to a simpler time, where food and being at the table is central to living life. He really makes you think about eating with others for connection, understanding, and love. What is this crazy life about anyway? This class is about learning to make pasta yes, but it is so much more too. Thanks Peter for bringing so much joy to our day and for teaching us your family recipe that's been passed down for generations. What a truly special experience!!! #eatwiththoseyoulove

Peter put on an engaging, educating and fun-fillled evening. I did this with my team at work and enjoyed it so much I did it with my family too. I would highly recommend Peter for any event, either work or pleasure. Thanks Peter, I look forward to another cooking class in the future.

Here's a wonderful idea to bring some social fun into an otherwise bleak 2020. Recently, a group of 8 of us (four couples but needn't be in twos), had an online pasta cooking course with Pasta Boy Peter Ciuffa. It was SO much fun. My friend Jane came up with the idea and after a little hunting on the inter-web, I found Peter. What a lovely person. Full of great personality and a great teacher. We began at 5:00 and started making the cavatelli pasta - Peter chose that as there's no need for pasta making machines. All made by hand. Setting that aside, we then made the boscaiola sauce. Oh, my, was it good! And the tips Peter provided were remarkable. I can still smell the mushrooms heating in the pan. Then pasta met sauce and we all shared a Zoom meal - including Peter and his wife Kathleen. Peter sends out the recipe in advance so you can purchase and measure all the ingredients before starting. The other advantages of this form over 'in person', you can drink yourself silly (not that we did), don't have to drive and you can be anywhere in the world doing it. We had such fun we're doing it again with a different group later this month!

This man makes three hours go by in a flash. His refreshing approach to cooking based on old family values can be tasted in the pasta. I highly recommend taking his award winning class.
