Most horrible experience. They offer passport pictures for infants but actually they do not have an idea at all what regulations need to be fulfilled. We even asked if they are ok like that as we became suspicious. Ended up sitting on those pictures we could not use as they were rejected. They did not give a refund. In addition we needed to pay somewhere else as we needed those pictures urgently for getting passport same day as this was an emergency situation. Made the experience with UPS store passport pictures even worse!! To let you know: My mom died out of nowhere. I just wanted to go to the funeral relying on people to know how to take a passport pic when they offer that. No refund, no apology and I was just crying as with all the expenses we had with flights, being scared of the need to fly at all during an pandemic and the difficulty to get a passport at that time, I was just standing crying in the store.
