We paid an atrocious amount for helium only for half the balloons to be deflated only a few hours later. Also, the balloon bouquet (if you can even call it that) was not a bouquet at all. There was no staggering of the assorted balloons, it looked like a toddler put it together. I'm very very disappointed in our large balloon order, the fact that no one returned my call when I called to complain, we will never shop at party city again.

staff are awesome!! made our 5 year olds day when they actually dressed a guy up as Darth Vader when our boy wanted to "arrest the bad guy" lol (and yes he was already in his police man costume)

Great store with helpful staff. They didn't even bat an eye when I purchased 12 sexy Halloween costumes in mid July for my wife. I only wish their handcuffs were higher quality and didn't break so easily. Bargin bin is where it's at. I'll be back next year to purchase all her 60th birthday supplies. Thank you Party City.

Wow worst customer service ever. Especially from the manager. Very disappointing, you would think the manager would have some customer service experience. Totally disappointed.
