Just left party city moments ago. I would have loved to give a five star review because the level of service we received from two young ladies and gentleman, were outstanding. Them alone they are five star. On the other hand the older lady working there now is kinda a brute, she maybe driving customers away with her negative behaviour. She harassed the other staff right in front of customers. Totally disgusting if she happens to a supervisor or manager. No level of professionalism on her part. I do wish the other employees are treated better in the future. No employee deserves to be talked too or treated like they are below another. To the professional employees there, KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are appreciated.

Very cool party store. Lots of items for every event. Steady flow of customers that seem happy. It was enjoyable to stroll through and see. Prices seemed fair, nothing crazy. Staff were friendly and they sell a lot of balloons! Easy parking for free. There really had a huge selection of party items for your needs. I was impressed!

Love going here for party stuff. Yes you'll pay a little more than sourcing every little thing from multiple places, but the amount of time I saved by having everything all in one place was easily worth it. Not only that, they had suggestions for things that I didn't even consider. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I will absolutely be back.

Always happy here.. lots of stuff. Staff seem genuinely friendly and helpful. They didn't have marbles.. but neither did the 9 other stores that I went too.

Still the easiest way to shop for an event, but will say their stock is a bit scattered and needs more products.
