Richard provided excellent and responsive service. I really like his use of technology. Right after I made the appointment, I got a text with the details. I received another text when he was on his way. The receipt came by email after he finished the job and I was able to pay online. The Gas Man is a total professional.

Such an absolute delight having found this man. Having blown our hot water tank on a Saturday. We had problems reaching anyone at all to help us. Richard Wakefield answered his telephone, arranged everything. Sent us a quote to my email we accepted and sent through the deposit. Next day Sunday he arrived as stated he would. He did the work and very neatly so. He left us with an all new hot water tankard hot running water. Later he sent us the final bill to my email, I paid, not a problem at all. No fooling around, he did his job as quoted, we have what we needed. Thank you Richard Wakefield. I would recommend The Gas Man to anyone would needs a repair or installation of any nature. He showed us he is here to do business and can be trusted.
Texted to indicate he was on way. Very impressive. Very knowledgeable about my problem and even though he red tagged my propane fireplace I feel he was confident with his decision. Even though my propane fireplace is no longer made he is attempting to locate a replacement part. Thanks Richard
