Just had a truly fantastic moment at this location of The Source. Popped in to buy a particular adapter, pur sales person Brendan knew his stiff and hooked us up with the right item, no pushing the most expensive. But the best part was when we mentioned we might need a new charger cable for our phone he said it might just be a clogged jack...and sure enough, he pulled out a wee pin and scraped out a jungle of dust bunnies and now our phone connects with the best of them. No extra charge. Seemed like a happy crew in there, a refreshing change from Best Buy and the like. Will return and recommend for sure!
I still miss Radio Shack but this location's inventory comes in handy frequently.
QB small, service discontinued in some cases during Covid pandemic. Parksville store just told me my phone was not working because there was no such number and implied that I had to pay my bills to get service. Total inept.
I'm just leaving the most wonderful helper Nicole and her team. The most fabulous service I've had in years. Go to the Source in Parksville for sure. NICOLE is very good on customer service. Five star all the way.
