My impression after a long wait was this company cares little about the customer and cares more about how much money they can extract from you. They were very rude and aggressive toward me because I was asking questions and not handing over cash for their pocket. If your purchase or non purchase is a vote, I vote NO to this company. They deserve to be out of business!

Was just in there window shopping. Scouting for an engagement ring. I have ideas on the type of ring my GF would be interested in, so checking my options and seeing if there was another kind of ring that peaks her interest too. We were rushed out with "Because of covid we don't want window shoppers, so make up your mind" kind of situation. "We dont want to lock other people out of the store." There was no one else waiting. It seemed rude and unnessary. I get the point... but there was no one else waiting. The "were going out to look at rings" experince is somthing you dont rush on people. I've heard he was rude from around town in general. But have also heard the opposite. You earned this 2 stars because while maybe just oblivious you put a sour taste in our mouths for the day on an experince that should cater to evelate positive emotion. Lack of tact. Would not have gotten a bad review is we were holding people up.
