They have helped me out in the past and now once again they really went out of the way to help me out. I am small fish but they did it anyway, much appreciated. True technicians, good people. Wish I had more starts to give. Thank you guys so much for the help with my hot tub!

I have been a customer of Ocean Pools and spas for over 15 years. The reason they have to put you on a waiting list is probably because he is one of the few technicians that actually knows what he is doing. I run a Resort, so time restraints are an issue. He has never let me down, and always, makes a special effort to make sure I am looked after. If you want optimum results I would highly recommend him, he is definitely worth waiting for.

Do yourself a favour and go to the next hot tub repair place . I tried to have them fix my hot tub which isn’t a big job , and they tell u that u r on the list . They came out then ordered parts and repeated telling me that I am next on the list for probably 8 months now . Yes I said it correctly 8 months maybe longer . This may b the worst company I have ever worked with in any level of business. Zero accountability . If I could give them less than 1 star I would have . If u want a hot tub up and running in 3 winters from now then go ahead give them a shout . Ur gonna b told ur on the list .

Spoke to a knowledgeable guy there, they also had the parts I needed in stock...update....I got stuck with fixing a seal with said parts and brought the parts up to the store and they stuck it together for me :)
