Glacier installed the heatpump and natural gas backup units in our new home. The system works well and the one minor issue was immediately resolved with the help of Rick's excellent customer service and the technician Mike doing a professional and quality fix to the issue we had. We had no heat and called for service. A gentleman quickly came to service the heat pump but after cleaning the filters and checking the fluids realized we had a leak. The recommendation was made to put die in the lines to seal the leak and top up the fluid. When pumping the fluid out they found die already in the lines so this option was no longer available. Sadly, they recommended a new heat pump providing us with two quotes. Then came COVID-19 and the installation was cancelled due to health safety for myself and my husband. Fortunately, we had an electric furnace for backup. A month later when the restrictions starting to lift the heat pump was installed. Three men arrived, all wearing masks, gloves and booties over their shoes., keeping their distance while installing the heat pump. Very professional, very clean and very responsive. The heat pump is now installed and providing a nice even heat. We highly recommend Glacier Industries. Gord & Marian Kennedy
