Where has Doctor Brown been all my life. I have been to an assortment of chiropractors before some good who treated my symptoms and some who were terrible. Dr Brown is the first chiropractor to look at my back and tell me what is wrong. Instead of just treating the symptoms he is fixing the problem. A problem I did not think could ever be fixed. I have always said that people who have not been in an serious accident could never understand the life long pain a person can experience. Well Dr Brown has experienced many serious accidents between playing hockey and riding motorcycles. I had only looked for a new chiropractor because I moved and didn't have a good one in the area. I read the reviews here on Google and picked him because of the positive reviews. I am so thankful I did.

Receptionist is lovely to talk to. Dr. Brown has a calming energy and he knows exactly what is wrong and how to treat it. Not only that but he takes the time to educate his patients so they can take better care of themselves. Best chiropractic care I've received.

I have to admit, I have never actually been to see Dr.Brown. I called to book an appointment with his office because my usual chiropractor was away. They informed me that they had no openings available for some time. I totally understand that, and take no issue! However the receptionist came across as very rude and quite unconcerned with my situation. When I asked if she could refer me to another Dr. in town, her reply was \we don't do referrals\. When I asked if she could even just give me the names of some other chiropractors in town, she said \I don't know any\. Your a professional in the same industry, and your telling me you don't know of a single other provider??? I get it, your a business protecting yourself, but honestly when someone is in pain you have a duty to help. And to the receptionist, I understand that everyone has a bad day and I hope that was all this was, but PLEASE remember that when someone is in pain they are just looking for help and your attitude can make an excruciating day even worse.
