My wife and I have owned our Arctic Spas Cub now for 2 and a half years, and this is the second time I am writing a positive Google review regarding the Vancouver Island Arctic Spas team. When I was having some recent issues with my tub I went into the Parksville location and spoke with Bruce regarding what I was experiencing. Bruce was more than helpful in helping me get to the root of the problem, and we got to the point where he set up a work order for the Arctic Spas service team to come to our home and perform some checks. Their service manager Mark called me to set up the service call day and time, and then sent their technician Sam out to do the checks and any necessary work as promised. Problem solved. All my experiences with any of the staff from Arctic Spas Vancouver Island have been more than positive. The Arctic Spas product quality speaks for itself, and even though they may know they have the best product in the hot tub market, the Vancouver Island team understands the value of good customer service as it pertains to customer retention. It costs 5x as much to acquire a new customer as it does to keep an existing one, and Arctic Spas Vancouver Island continually shows that they understand this simple business fact in their dealings with their customers. We highly recommend them to anybody who is considering purchasing a hot tub.

I spoke with the owner of the company and he actually reached out to me to clarify any concerns or questions I had. The experience I had could not have been better. The level of customer service is extremely hard to find these days. 2 separate 20 plus minute phone calls just to answer questions and troubleshoot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We bought a hot tub through Arctic Spas Parksville last December and we have been extremely happy with our experience both with the company and the tub. We previously owned a Jacuzzi so we have something with which to compare. What we really appreciate is the salt water design and the advanced technology of web access to all the controls used to maintain the tub. The service department were very helpful when we had a few teething problems after the installation. They were patient, quick to respond and very professional. Just the best shopping experience you can have. Arctic spa's are great company to deal with. The hot tub is awesome quality I can tell from the quality of the product that it will last for years. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. From the initial enquire throughout the whole process it has been seamless and painless, and everyone we have spoken with has been very helpful, just the way I like it.
