My Mum ordered a camera strap for me on December 3rd. We received confirmation of the order but nothing else. Fast forward a month, I reach out to see what is going on with the order. Apparently they shipped one out (proper address etc) but it somehow didn’t reach me. They apologized and said they would send another immediately. That was over 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a package. I reached out again 2 weeks ago and 1 week ago to follow up and have not heard from them. So I guess at this point they’ve just pocketed the money? A very disappointing company.
I've owned my wallet from them for years, and it only gets better and better over time. Between that, a belt, and a couple camera straps, I have never been happier owning a Fieldwork product. Highly recommend.

Got the Japanese Keychain to replace an old clasp keychain that had broken and it’s the best keychain I’ve ever had. The leather has aged so beautifully, and I love the way it works, I’ve had it for a couple years and will probably have the same one for many more!
