We were interested in a used Mercedes that was available here. It was 7 pm when we called Philip but he answered. He was very informed about the vehicle so we made an appointment for the next day. Philip is very personable and low pressure. He had the vehicle looked over and completely serviced before we arrived. We took the car for a test drive and loved it . The negotiations about price were very low key and we arrived at a price that we were very comfortable with. Philip is very professional, easy to talk to and and always interested in your concerns . Bought a 2020 BMW 5 series at this location. Our sales person, Andy Hu, was very professional and very helpful throughout our purchase. I was not very familiar with BMW so Andy was very patient with us and explained every detail along the way and also willing to work around our budget to help us get the car we wanted. 100/10 would recommend !
