i deal with these folks through work, they are always friendly and easy to get along with. very knowledgeable and have more than just batteries. off grid supplies and information for setting up and maintaining your system. pricing is very competitive and they have a very good product line. i recommend highly!
We purchased 8 110 lb batteries after being told we would get 8 years out of them. Only got 8 months out of them before they stopped holding a charge. They told us we would get 27 dollars per battery back. Once we arrived they only gave 15 dollars per battery. They did not care at all. Basically said take it or leave it. Complete rip off, nothing but lies and poor customer service.
Never heard of the company until, I needed a couple of batteries: 1 for my 4 wheeler and 1 for my motorcycle. The price and the customer service was the best of any company that I have dealt with since I retired home 8 years ago. Keep up the outstanding service.
