Bought my Panerai submersible from this boutique last year. I was told over the phone that I would get a better deal if I visit their store than from buying online. They said I'd be happy. So I traveled all the way from Victoria despite the pandemic. I did not get any special discount or deals that is different from their website which is a free strap. They also decide which strap I could get as free. I should have just ordered online and save my time and money going there. The only consolation is that the lady assistant helping me is all smiles. The store manager is kinda serious. The boutique is nice and clean.

I had such a fantastic experience! Today my sister and I went to visit the boutique for the first time and we were greeted by Elnaz. She was super helpful, passionate and knowledgeable and took her time to show us a great sample of what Panerai has to offer. I'm a paneristi now!
