Very impressed with the facilities, the service, and the staff. This was my first time on (rented) skis in 5 years and I wasn't sure what to expect. Especially on the first weekend after Ottawa's lockdown was lifted. Everything was incredibly well organized, no crowding, and there were plenty of kind and patient employees focused on ensuring everyone had a great time and played safe. Great choice for families and beginner to intermediate skiers. Highly recommend!

The staff at Mount Pakenham go above and beyond. Their new rental shop is stunning. You can tell the upgrades to the facility have been well thought out to avoid congestion and keep everyone safe. I will be coming back for many years to come.
Decent sized family friendly fun. Good food, prices fine, staff super friendly. My rental boots a little too tight but don't let that stop you from visiting the efficient rental shop. Hills are smaller than others within 2 or 3 hrs drive but for young families, beginners, or if you live close, Mount Pakenham is a good place. Cheaper than others and where it counts, people and decent quality food, it rocks. If you are looking for a family friendly hill this is a 4.5 / 5. Tip - get the massive brownie, absolute delish!
Mount Pakenham is the ideal ski hill for beginners, novice skiers. The black diamonds are a little underwhelming compared to other ski locations, but still fun and enjoyable for all. Rentals are quite quick even through the times of COVID!
Was an amazing day with my 5 yr old daughter learning to snowboard.
