Very good store, good prices and always well stocked, never a line up. BUT only do business with the woman who works there - the guy is clueless and doesn't know the stock (or anything about printer ink).

Male doesn't know anything...female tried to sell me cartridges that would not work in my printer (found this out when I got home)...tried to return products...got excuses...after firm approach used by me to get Visa refunded (she said she didn't know how to refund using Visa!)...I managed to get a cash refund ...but she refused outright to give me back my original cartridges...stated "costed a couple of dollars of ink, so I can't give them back to you." ...Overall, steer clear of this outfit...try to patronize small businesses and this is what you get...trouble!
