This particular store is extremely helpful, with great people working there. Unfortunately, after over a year of endless issues and hassles with Home Depot as a whole, I will no longer shop at any Home Depot establishments. Their only redeeming quality had been convenience, but shopping with them, especially online, is now anything but convenient. Sorry Owen Sound, but I will never spend another 1 at ANY Home Depot. It wasn't your store!

Very Wary

Another visit to Home Depot and another stand-out employee experience. I needed help with a big heavy box: this employee helped me find a cart, get the box off the shelf, and get the cart to the checkout. He dropped what he was doing and helped me. Nice, friendly, funny. Couldn't ask for better than that.
