There's been several different occasions where things have gone wrong. Washing machines getting coin jams, my beautiful cotton duvet cover coming out of the wash with big oil stains smelling like a deep fryer, dryers scorching and melting things change machine shorting me sometimes it's a bloody mess in there and today it was my washer not opening. The number on the wall.. gets you an answering machine that says they'll get back to you the next business day... So are we supposed to abandon our belongings or camp out in the laundromat? Horrible way to run a business and they won't get any more business from me. Thoroughly disgusted with this laundromat!!
