Exchanged sizes of a pair of ladies Nike slides; young girl was super polite, checked to make sure they had the right size on their i-pad thing. Then I went to try them on, and a pair of runners.. the fellow was super great.. he said he was going to buy a pair of these runners for his girlfriend because he thought they were a nice looking shoe. At the counter the young girl was super delightful again and commented on the runners and said these were super nice.. when staff like the products that's in the store, I think it helps the consumer feel good about their purchase.

Awesome great customer service was there on june 22 2020, around 1 , purchase 2 pairs of shoes for my grandson. The chap who served us was terrific friendly obliging so glad he was wearing his mask,, a definite asset to sports check . also the cashier ellaena was great

I was just in Sport Chek in Owen Sound and it was so disappointing. I was looking for a pair of crossfit shoes. The girl was very rude. So rude in fact, that although I was still talking about crossfit shoes and maybe there was another brand and perhaps I could get sized, she walked away from me. We waited 15 minutes for the store to open and we were treated so poorly we were not even there for 5 minutes. When we initially got to the shoe section, we asked twice for assistance and it was obvious thst the young lady really did not want to help. Very disappointing. Likely will never be back to this location.
