Definitely not a friendly place to do business. They do not reply to emails timely. And most times not at all. When they do they are sarcastic and unfriendly. Would not recommend to deal with them. Their international shipping cost are ridiculous high. It cost me 53 to have the wrong part shipped to me and return it. And the cost of the part was only50. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Brought my BRAND NEW Rigid planer here for a warranty fix. They didn't fix the problem, charged me for sharpening when the tool didn't work out of the box (first use didn't work). So I paid to sharpen a tool I just bought and never was able to use? This repair took 2 months... So now it's back, for the same problem, as well as another problem. It has been there nearly 3 months now. I bought it December last year, and it's been here 5 months of the year I have owned it... The first fix they literally cut the adjustment chain and added a link with a cotter pin! Directly beside the MASTER LINK!! They were so lazy (or inept) to undo the master link and add a proper link. I called them on it and their answer was "we couldn't get the chain to fit right" well, this was a warranty fix, it should be fixed with replacement parts from the factory, not an old cotter pin you found on the shop floor. My advice, ONLY bring old tools here, as they will try and put a bandaid on your tool and hope you don't notice...
