Couldn't be more unimpressed with the nonchalance of this company. We live at Victoria Tower and you only have to see the pics attached to see what they consider a 'good job' when their client is situated in London. We've lost several spots to the snow banks (which should just be removed) and tenants (including seniors) are digging their own ways out. Why are we paying for this? BTW, check out the winner playing on his phone instead of plowing the snow. Classic.

We worked with Hutten to complete a large shoreline improvement and protection project, as well as creating a nice firepit area. Our experience working with Hutten and team has been very good and professional. We worked with Ken as the project manager, and Eric and crew implemented. We would work again with them anytime, and would recommend them without hesitation - we have already done so with a few neighbors and friends. Their work was of high quality, they make it clear they stand behind their work, they care about client's satisfaction, and they are pleasant to work with. One of the reasons we chose them beyond their reputation was their knowledge and expertise around Georgian Bay shoreline protection. A year ago we began working with Hutten and Co. to design a wheelchair accessible path and waterfront at our cottage. The team also worked with us to design a low-maintenance garden. Hutten and Co. constantly impressed me with their professionalism and commitment to working with our family. They listened to our needs and concerns to ensure all aspects of the design would meet our family's unique needs. They even thought of things we didn't - like placing a row of rocks along the waterfront in the event my son's wheelchair brakes malfunctioned to prevent any unaway chairs\ from getting wet! Creating a family space where all members of our family, wheelchairs included, can enjoy time at the cottage was important to me. All members of the team, from the design group, to the crew working at our cottage, were professional, friendly, and interested in creating a space that worked for our family. I cannot recommend Hutten and Co. enough. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Edited to add: Less than a year after these photos were taken our son suddenly died. Hutton and Co. sent condolences to our family. They made a donation to a Waterloo area charity in our son's name. The following summer they worked with our family to help us create a memory garden at our cottage. I was already impressed with Hutton and Co. prior to the loss of our son, but to say Hutton and Co. exceeded our expectations is an understatement. These are people you want you want to work with. Hutton and Co. offer excellent professional services, but they are also a group of fundamentally good people.
Our experience in working with Hutten was excellent. We worked with Myles on defining our vision and he put the plan together to our complete satisfaction. Mike and Kyle did the heavy work and were very conscientious in following the plan and engaging with us for some input as the landscaping was being done. Hutten & Co have an excellent website that portrays the company's vision, values and attitude with respect to excellent customer service, and showcase their team - hiring very talented, personable staff. We are very happy with the results. From start to finish, Hutten & Co. were a pleasure to do business with and we would not hesitate to recommend Hutten & Co.
I would give Hutten 6 stars if I could, because we are so pleased with the great job they did creating stairs up the hill to our front door. Our house sits atop a steep slope and it was challenging to place 12 giant stone slabs up the slope to create a safe and inviting path to the front entrance. The team was led by a talented young man named Peter. Peter placed those large slabs with the eye of an artist and the precision of a jeweler. It was amazing to see this \puzzle\ transform into a stairway that is beautiful to behold and enhances the property. Peter also placed numerous large boulders around the steps in a pleasing and natural way. Hutten also created a back patio for us, which is lovely but not as visually stunning as the front entrance. We are very happy with the work they did and would recommend this company without hesitation.
