Tried the beneath the surface escape room, and had a fantastic time. The room itself was fantastic, with all puzzles coming together, and a very cool story, wrapped in an awesome atmosphere. The service pre and post room was great with a spacious lobby, filled with many fun board games.

One of the best escape rooms I've done.
This was my first time at an escape room and beneath the surface vastly exceeded my expectations. The environment was definitely spooky (but not too scary) and extremely detailed. Lots of challenging but solvable puzzles, and great sequences with cool effects to keep the story unfolding. The music added a great atmosphere as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially for our horrible group who couldn’t complete the game in time. I can’t wait to come back!
This was an amazing place ! I really appreciate how they were so accommodating to the birthday request we made. They had a banner and all . It was sweet! The game was intense and mind blowing with some really good tech stuff and legit problem solving. The room was eerie but nothing scary. It was totally safe and fun. Loved it. Would definitely recommend this place !
"Beneath the Surface" is an exceptional room. By far the BEST escape room I have done to date! The story, theming, props and all of the detail in the room itself makes this room so much fun! The room is certainly challenging, but all of the puzzles and challenges make sense and keep everyone engaged and interested. Well done! We can't wait to visit your next room.
Absolutely LOVE Outbreak Escape Games! Both 'Beneath the Surface' and 'Animal Hackers' immersed me in stunning, well executed environments that made me feel like an integral part of the world and the story they were trying to tell. They use unique and highly creative puzzles and incredible technology! The technology implemented in their rooms has me guessing like I'm trying to solve an illusionist's magic tricks haha. Definitely a stand out from my other experiences across Toronto. Outbreak's story-driven rooms add a much needed element of depth that keeps the escape room experience feeling FRESH. Definitely a memorable experience for me. Keep up the great work. I can't wait for the next room!! I'll be coming back.
Awesome escape room! From the very beginning, you're immersed in the narrative of the room - much, much, much more so than other escape rooms I've been to. There are a variety of fun puzzles to solve, and I was impressed by the technology that was used throughout the game. Also, I really liked the music that was being played. Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed the room! The atmosphere, music and the setting was very immersive. Didn't quite understood the story though... I thought it had something to do with going through portals and into different dimensions but that didn't really sink in. However, the host was really great and fun to interact with.
