I can't seem to say enough good things about Vistek Ottawa. I've purchased a lot of my gear here & the staff is fantastic, friendly & accessible even during lock downs, when in store shopping is off limits. They handled my order over the phone, through email & it was effortless, while providing me with insight & a rock solid solution for my printing neeeds. They provide fantastic solutions at fair prices & they ship superfast. I recently purchased an Epson SureColor P900 with a roll paper feed, 3 types of paper, replacement inks & it arrived 2 days later, in perfect shape.
I just received one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Mark from video was incredibly detail oriented, friendly, helpful and most of all, went above and beyond the necessary measures to help me with my purchase. Bravo Mark and the team at Vistek! Staff are informed and will take the time to explain things. Once speaking to them, you'll realise how each staff are well informed and knowledgeable in the things the store carry and will advise accordingly. Getting advise is good, getting quality advise is great and the people who work here definitely give quality advise.
If there was a sixth star in the Google reviews, I'd give it to Mark Dalpé who helped us from complete newbie to a seamless online video streaming solution (4500 excluding speaker, mic and TV) for our brand new business. He also had the constraints of Covid to deliver a in-stock only solution. Do not go anywhere else! You get double the worth for every penny invested through him!
