I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I had a very pleasant visit today. The employee even gave me a bottle of water because he knew I was exhausted from walking up 4 flights of stairs (their elevator is out of order.) There were no rude employees or difficult scenarios witnessed today. The only gripe I have is that my appointment was delayed and they didn’t wipe down the counter for me when it was my turn.

Visited this office because Toronto office was closed due to covid 19. It was really unorganized and we had to wait 1.5 hours before we could see the staff. The staff was a bit clueless (had to check with collogues back and forth) and we had to explain everything to them. Thankfully the process went well and we got the visas a week after.

Great service and I was immediately seen right when I walked in. My visa was processed in 7 business days, very quick and efficient! Perhaps all the people complaining about long processing times and rude staff aren't following the rules of what to do and/or haven't brought all the required documents??

I visited VFS in July for UK visa. The building is really away from the city, with not so many facilities nearby. They do have a locker to store laptops if you bring, chargeable at 7 CAD. It took me roughly 1 hour for the process, including biometrics. The staff was friendly, and the overall process was smooth.

So unprofessional! I've been waiting for my visa for a whole month! Should've received it 2 weeks ago. Missed my flight.. I was advised not to buy the express Visa because it would take only 10 working days... It caused a lot of distress and frustration because I can't even reach them!
