I broke my glasses October 31st, went to UrbanEyes November 2nd, had new glasses November 5th. May, the office manager was awesome and communicative. They even took my last 2 pairs and made a backup pair for me. Thank you UrbanEyes. Bruce

I have been s client with this service for over 25 yrs when the original owner had it (Almar Optical). Service was excellent! Since his retirement and selling his business, I must convey my sentiments concerning present owners and technicians. Terrible nightmare! I had a bad feeling when deciding to return to have my present eyewear lens upgrades. The technician seemed very unsure of her measurements as I have progressive lens. I had to pay up front. That in itself to me is wrong. Glasses came back. What a mess! I cannot wear them as everything is way off!! The measurements are all OFF!! They should be lowered. These people had the old lenses. Why the measurements were NOT taken against the old ones is beyond me. VERY incompetent people!! Obviously these people don't like HONEST critiques!. I had to have a complete new set of lenses redone for THIRD time. Levels were ALL off! Other business BANG on. This place ripped me off 500.00.

I have been wearing glasses for over 25 years and Dr. Fyffe was - by far - the best optometrist I have ever seen. She was so informative and educational... the appointment was actually fun! I can honestly say I have never had such a throughout eye exam. I don't think you'll find a better optometrist.
