Well located close to the highway. Plenty of parking. There should be a bit more emphasis on educating customers on the different amenities provided such as after-hour drop offs. We pay for a service so it would be only reasonable to make a customer aware of the different benefits provided to us.

I thought I was gonna have a terrible time trying to get my truck based on all the reviews, but everything was actually so smooth. The website was easy to navigate, everyone was friendly and efficient, returning the truck was easy and I had forgotten the dolly at my house and returned it the next day with no issues. Really sucks that the people that only have bad things to say are the only ones leaving reviews. Thanks so much guys!
Came in today to buy some boxes. The two gentlemen that were there today (an older one and a younger one) were fantastic. Just great efficient friendly customer service. They were so cheerful and joking around, quite refreshing these days. The younger gentleman carried the boxes to my car. I'm pregnant 7 months (but do not look it underneath my oversized coat) so I really appreciated the help.
This is a larger location but the service is terribly slow. As a customer I feel put out by the standoffishness of the staff while you are waiting. Not a smile or hello or be with you shortly. In the end it is Uhaul though and you get what you pay for. I really only come here because it is in all ways cheap. Ordering online does not help the experience. Staff that helped were fabulous added stars.
