You’d think for a iconic brand like Tiffany and the obvious price mark up, the customer service would be spectacular. Unfortunately I found the sales associate who helped me out was inattentive and disinterested. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and with intentions of actually buying, but had to ask her to bring out certain colours that she didn’t bother at first and also asked her if I could try on the necklace. I feel like you don’t need to ask these things as a consumer, but yeah it felt like I was bothering the sales associate the entire time. Kind of wish I didn’t pair up with her and experience it with a better sales associate who cares. Anyway the product itself is expected and it’s beautiful, but service is subpar.
Great store, and great staff. They listen to what you need and make helpful recommendations. They also give you space if you'd like to browse yourself first and then ask for help. Highly recommend this location!
