I picked up my Tudor from Thompson Jewelers in Ottawa on Saturday. A big shout out to Jeff and his staff. The watch was in for a service and was ready in 6 days! He offered to keep it in the shop for an extra week to monitor the accuracy. As I am an hour away I agreed. He wore the watch at work and tweaked it as needed to make sure it was running great. If you are in the Ottawa region I highly recommend him. His pricing is very fair and the service is unmatched. Plus he has a lot of great 'estate sale' watches including some beautiful Omega's.

I'm thrilled that I got my stunning round brilliant diamond engagement ring at Thompson Jewellers! My husband and I felt it was time to upgrade the existing one. Derrick (the owner) and Talin (sales associate) were very knowledgeable and sincere. I had visited almost every jewellery store in Ottawa before deciding upon Thompson Jewellers. They found me an incredibly high quality diamond at a very competitive price. We also received first class service since they went above and beyond. My husband and I had expected to only view the loose diamond when it had arrived in store. However, everything was ready and the custom platinum ring was spot on. We were so surprised and touched, which made the whole experience even more special for us. I ended up getting the ring of my dreams within a week (super quick) and I couldn't be happier!! :)
We came to Thompson's after the center store from my engagement ring had fallen out (the ring WAS NOT originally from Thompson's). After a hellish insurance process, Derrick really turned the experience around! He took the time to educate my husband and I on our options, showed us many diamonds to use as a replacement, the specifics on how each was cut etc. It was super informative and transparent. The team did a beautiful job setting the stone, and I could not be happier with it, or the experience! 12/10 would recommend!
Always great customer service. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Great collection of watches that make for a perfect fathers day gift! I will be coming back here for sure this year! :)
My husband got my custom engagement ring made at Thompson Jewellers and it's absolutely gorgeous! He was incredibly happy with the whole experience and we even went back to purchase a bracelet and a set of earrings for me to wear on our wedding day.
