Got my second lobe piercing almost 2 years ago now and it still hasn't healed properly. The piercings are also not lined up with the other ones I have. My friend also got her cartilage pierced about a week before I did and it also hasn't healed. We've both taken care of them well and have other piercings yet the ones done at Ink Spot haven't healed.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve gotten 4 tattoos here and absolute adore them. I’ve always gotten treated so well and enjoyed the experience so much that the pain is nothing. Super clean and always following protocols especially now with COVID-19. Totally recommend!
Love love this awesome place to get tattooed or pierced. I've done both. I have an awesome artist Greg Fischer he did half an arm piece for me. It was exactly what I wanted. The young gal piercing me was so very nice. I got a Marylin and my nose pierced. I previously had a Daith done however, it was not placed in the correct area and the jewel took forever over a 1 1/2 to heal. The little gal changed it out and haven't had a problem since.
I got my helix pierced about a week ago, and I absolutely loved the full experience. The process of getting pierced was clean, quick and safe and my piercer, Kaiti, went above and beyond by making sure I could reach out to her after if I had any questions regarding the healing process. It was my first non lobe piercing and she was very thorough in explaining aftercare and how to achieve the best outcome with the piercing (i.e avoid infection or what to do if I happened to get infected). The most friendly people, clean shop, great location and as well professional and personable. I would absolutely recommend to anyone, it was fantastic and I cant wait to be back!!!
Super friendly folks who do an awesome job! They made me feel safe with their COVID-19 measures (which they followed to a tee). Excellent communication when booking the appointment, super clean at the appointment, great information to take home afterwards with care instructions. I had four lobe piercing repierced in what seemed like the blink of an eye while we had pleasant conversation. Loved the whole experience and will definitely go back again next time I decide I need some more bling in my life or some ink!
First time at Ink Spot and I would definitely recommend it! I went in for a piercing and Kaiti was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent piercer. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling, from what I saw the shop was clean, Covid related procedures were being followed, and the price was very fair. They'll be at the top of my list for my next piercing or tattoo.
