The manager was unprofessional and used his power to make me win a black Friday contest. From there, he got my number and invited me to his house where he proceeded to kiss me repeatedly even after I told him we should take things slow... overall very creepy experience for a 19 year old girl and he’s likely done it to others before.

This review is for an online order, and for Supplement King in general, not specifically the location on Industrial Road, although I'm sure they're great, too. I never write these things, so clearly this is a testament to Supplement King's superior customer service. After ordering a pre-workout, I received a call a few days later from HQ telling me that the flavour I ordered was not in stock. I told them that I was willing to wait a few days until the product became available. I was then told a few days later that that product was only available in sample packs, not in the larger size I had ordered. The employee, Chris, was very apologetic, and offered to hook me up with several free samples of the flavour I desired, along with other extra samples, and a couple of t-shirts. After living in Asia for quite some time and then returning to Canada, I can't begin to tell you how horrible customer service is in Canada. You folks really have no idea. Anyways, I was extremely impressed by their attempts to communicate with me and to remedy the issue. They went above and beyond. Thank you!
