Outstanding service from Andy when I ordered an acoustic guitar to be transferred from the Montreal store to Ottawa. About an hour after ordering online, he called to say exactly how long it would take, and offered to fully inspect it on arrival. The day it arrived, thorough inspection as promised, he found flaws so minor that I probably would have missed, and great to deal with for curbside pickup. Some of the best customer service I've had. They have almost if not everything you need. The best place to go in Ottawa for drum selection. At the moment with the covid they leave the door lock, you need to knock on the main door and a staff will escort you to what you need. You cant really browse much. A few sterilization machine around the floor.
I have bought 4 or more guitars here over the past 20 years. Always had good service. The staff does not pressure.. seems to me they have alot of patience and expertise. When I go somewhere else (somewhere closer to me) it is never as good. Walked in this place last week and the crew helped me finance my dream guitar. 12 easy payments no interest.. I felt like a bandit walking out. Support these guys.. Ottawa needs a store like this.
I have been in a lot of music stores in the course of my life as a musician across Canada and i always find myself going back to Steve's Music Store when in Ottawa, Ontario. They have a tremendous variety in whatever musical instrument or equipment you need for your purpose. Great staff with really respectful Customer Service. You will get your money's worth for e everything and anything right there!
