Spark Lifecare provides the sort of warm environment you've always wanted to work in. I've worked with Spark for over a year as a caregiver and then a manager, and the community of caregivers here are so friendly and competent I would hire any of them to look after a family member in a heart beat. It's a wonderful work environment that manages to both provide support to workers and encourage the forming of personal connections through it's digital platforms. Caregivers have the freedom to work with clients they truly share an affinity with while being able to manage their own schedules. It can seem like a scary jump if you're coming from full time regular shift work but the trade off is the true freedom and joy that working one-on-one in a supported team will bring you.
