I shop here often and usually find what I need. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I will say that at times I can’t find what I need at the Rideau location. Many times the item that I need is sold out or not even sold at this store.

I found it very very well organized, the sellers were nice and helpful. As always they had the best brands . You will enjoy a lot just by walking around.
I dunno I just buy moisturizer here. If they added a chair somewhere so I can wait for my girlfriend in comfort that would be great.
I had an amazing Browbar experience with Shirvonne. I have a partial face paralysis that makes one eyebrow really high and one really droopy. She was so patient and really skilled in balancing out the brows so the making the droop less noticeable. She made me feel comfortable and I can tell she takes pride in her work and is careful to cater the experience to each customer. I will be back!
Solid selections, usually very busy no matter what, and many of the store associates will ask you multiple times if you need help (even if you are only browsing). It's not the most spacious, and it's filled with many brands so that makes it difficult to navigate especially through crowds.
From Anastasia Beverly Hills to Kat Von D, Sephora has everything that I want. As a Permanent Makeup Artist I am always looking for traditional makeup to complement what is hot in PMU, and achieve the best long-lasting looks. The staff at Rideau Centre are always eager to help, and they can be found in almost every aisle. The team is knowledgeable and friendly. Local professionals would benefit from a PRO Membership similar to MAC. Love this place. Keep up the great work!
Girlfriend and I came to this store. Great service from Mike who knows how to treat guys well! A lot of guys come here dragged by their girlfriends and are forced to just wait and sigh. Thanks Mike!
