worked for them in mid 2000's top 3 worse company i ever worked for,( the other ones would be Garda ( Marda ) and commissionaires( Commies ) ) and what i heard from certain employees and ex employees, Nothing changed since. Best company in Ottawa I have worked for. Been with them nearly 5 years. They are well established in the city and offer a large array of services to clients. I actually regret signing on to a new company when they took over a contract I was on. The management was a call away for anything, I felt well supported for any issues that came up. I still check in every few months for new contracts. As soon as one that fits pops up I'll rejoin the group. I currently have protected hours, pay, and union. The only reason I've stayed on my current contract for 2 years.
Awesome security company. Many opportunities at various sites. HR is very competent and will listen if you have any issues. Management are professionals and caring.
