I needed a replacement grease filter for above my stove. My size was no longer available at Home Depot or other local stores, so I found reliableparts.ca on the web. They had the right size. Turned out to be genuine factory replacement grease filters, not knock-offs. Perfect size, perfect fit. Also, they used a strong box to send them, not a bubble mailer. They arrived in perfect shape with zero damage. I'm very happy with this first order.

Great ordering and customer experience on multiple occasions. Prices were equivalent to those offered by competitors in the US, so felt like a great deal! Service at the counter was quick, and even when I needed to special order a part, it arrived in a couple of days. Honestly, one of the best appliance parts stores around!

Great service, great stock of parts, good prices. I've purchased several parts for our Samsung fridge, and GE stove. Their prices are similar to what you'd find online from the states. The parts are usually in stock, if not they'll have it the next day at no extra cost. They can also deliver it to your house for about 10. They will help you find the correct part number if you don't have it. Most unused parts can be returned but they'll charge a restocking fee (20%). It's a great place with several locations around town, so it's very convenient. Highly recommend them!
I purchased a dryer belt in August only to have it break in November. When I called to see if there was anything that could be done, I was told by the young lady \that it was out of her hands\. I'll remember that the next time when I pick amazon for the same part, for a third of the price.
