Beautiful, well kept trails! There is no shortage of wildlife in the area either! Yesterday we walked for almost 2 hours and at the end of our walk we saw a stunning Woodpecker, many Chickadees, Red Tailed Squirrels, Chipmunks amongst other bird species. Certainly a beautiful place to explore, terrain is easy to walk and there are many informative placards along the trail. One thing worth noting, is that this trail has become a hotspot on weekends so if you're looking for lower peak times weekdays are the days to go. In addition, there is free parking and washrooms on site just off the parking lot.

Went snowshoeing here and really liked it. Parking lot was not full and there weren’t too many people, but it was a Monday evening. The trail is mostly flat so it is very easy but you still feel like you got some exercise done while enjoying the delightful winter scenery. Will definitely be going again.

Lovely hike for families. Less elevations. Flat trail. Washrooms were available at the entrance.

Boardwalks & wide paths. Mature trees. Easy access & room for 40 cars. Nice star gazing & perfect habitat for wildlife (birds like to eat out of your hand).
