As a newbie collector of vintage pinball machines I had always relied on others to fix or tweak my machines for me. When the world decided to go a little mad I decided to use the time to learn to tune up and fix my machines on my own. I turned to Pinball Medics to help me assemble a parts and supply list for my 3 machines. Mike took the time to help me assemble the list and then once the parts arrived he helped guide me through my various missteps. Highly recommend anyone looking for parts and service to give them a call. Completely different experience then I had with that unnamed company in Toronto's West End.... Thanks again Mike

Mike and Rob definitely love pinball/arcade games! I have a 1977 Bally pinball machine that had been epaired\ several times over it's life (before and after I owned it). I don't know how I didn't know of Pinball Medics but I am sure glad I do now! I was just about to give up on the machine when, by chance, I learned of Mike and his expertise. Mike and Rob came to \look at\ the machine but showed up with most of the parts they figured they'd need. A very fair price was agreed upon and they started to fix on the spot. Unfortunately, some of the previous epairs\ threw a bit of a wrench into their plans but within an hour they returned with all the parts they needed. I'm pretty sure I even got a lot more than I bargained for! Mike's love of classic pinball machines clearly showed as he spied some other nearly worn parts and decided to tune up the whole cabinet while Rob worked on the back-box. I could not be happier! I cannot wait to get into Mike's arcade on Baseline Rd. and play some of the other machines from my past.
